I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental presence where your story can be explored with care, curiosity, and respect. For parents and families, we focus on strengthening connection, supporting emotional regulation, and building resilience—especially during times when grief or change impacts the entire family system. For children and teens, I provide a safe, affirming space to express emotions through play, storytelling, and creative exploration. For adults, our work may involve navigating loss, identity shifts, end-of-life concerns, or learning how to hold both pain and hope at the same time.
